I am a registered LMFT Associate and LMHC Associate in Washington. I have found that through navigating the many tides of life, the path of personal and relational growth has always been one of expansion, even when it may seem like the more difficult choice. Visiting this page and reading about therapy is the first step in choosing this path for yourself or your relationship. I believe we find our healing through connection; with ourselves, with others, with greater community and larger systems in our world. Sometimes our relationship to these connections is what’s causing hardship or pain, and we’ll look at how these relationships may need to shift or transform altogether. Your connection to therapy is an important one and I look forward to the opportunity to work with you.
I am known for my energetic presence, natural curiosity and warmth. While it’s inevitable that good, effective therapy means looking at difficult parts of life, there is also much to be found in the light as opportunities for joy and humor arise as well. I truly enjoy this work; it is an honor to be present with you on your path of self discovery, healing and growth.
I’ve lived in several different and distinct areas across the Pacific Northwest and I’m glad to call Olympia and the South Sound region my home. In my free time I enjoy spending time with my dogs, cooking, making pottery and moving my body in close proximity to our salt water beaches and trails.
