Practical information

Fees &
insurance

Clear information helps you make an informed choice. Because fees and insurance participation differ by therapist and may change, please confirm current details before your first appointment.

01 / Payment

Session fees

Fees vary by therapist, service, and session length. Payment is generally due at the time of service, and secure payment information may be stored through the SimplePractice client portal.

Contact the therapist you hope to see for current rates and cancellation policies.

02 / Coverage

Using insurance

Some clinicians participate with selected Regence, Premera, Uniform Medical Plan, or First Choice plans. Participation is therapist-specific and does not guarantee that your particular plan will cover treatment.

Before beginning, call the number on your insurance card to ask about outpatient behavioral-health benefits, your deductible, copay or coinsurance, and whether authorization is required.

03 / Portal

Forms and billing

Registration, disclosure, consent, and payment forms are provided securely through SimplePractice. Existing clients can use their portal for documents, appointments, and billing.

We can help clarify

Insurance language can be confusing. We can tell you what plans a clinician currently accepts, although final benefit and reimbursement decisions remain with your insurer.
