01 / About
Meeting you with warmth and curiosity.
We all encounter periods of hardship, confusion, and sadness. Kendall believes that healing happens through connection—with ourselves, with others, with our communities, and with the larger systems in which we live.
She brings an energetic presence, natural curiosity, and warmth to the work. While effective therapy asks us to face difficult parts of life, Kendall also makes room for joy, humor, and the strengths that emerge along the way.
Having lived in several distinct areas across the Pacific Northwest, Kendall is glad to call Olympia and the South Sound home. Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her dogs, cooking, making pottery, and moving her body near the region’s saltwater beaches and trails.
02 / Therapeutic approach
Understanding the whole person.
Kendall’s approach is informed by psychodynamic, relational, attachment, interpersonal, and family-systems perspectives. She pays attention both to the person’s inner world and to the relationships and environments that helped shape it.
Therapy is collaborative and strengths-based. Together, client and therapist look beneath the immediate problem, identify repeating patterns, and develop a more compassionate and flexible relationship with difficult thoughts and feelings.
Kendall works with adults and couples across a wide range of identities and relationship structures.
